The difference in our house is amazing. There used to be an odor we couldn't figure out. Our house had an at least 8-degree difference between the first and second-floor temperature. They are now equal in temperature. The furnace and air conditioner have been working less. The new whole house attic fan is a wonderful addition, as it is very quiet and strong. We've used it a lot. All of our bathroom exhaust fans and the whole house fan is hooked up properly. Everyone that came to our house was very nice and did an awesome job. We are very happy with a good job done. We were unaware of what was involved in an energy audit, and your auditor took the time to explain everything. We were impressed with the report, which told us the areas in which we need to take action. He never pressured us to use any particular contractors, he just suggested that we go to the Home Energy Team website to select contractors of our own choice. We had the representative come out for an Energy Assessment. We found that he was very informative, professional, and not high-pressure. He explained in great detail about the program and helped us with any questions or concerns that we may have had. His experience and understanding made us feel comfortable with the program and the company. He made it very personable with us and helped us a great deal.
